I'm sure without the arthritis, I'd be back on a regular gaming mouse, but life is what it is and this is my new normal. I love Logitech mice because nothing seems to work as well for me and I've tried several gaming brands. I use the side buttons to move up and down in games and the rest are keyboard macros. It has six side buttons and a total of 29 programable inputs. It’s heavier and better suited for medium or large hands. The Logitech is an excellent choice for MMO gaming. Boasting dual LIGHTSPEED and Bluetooth technologies, it connects effortlessly in two ways. The Logitech G604 LIGHTSPEED and the Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed have a similar look, but they’re for different uses. The arthritis has made it impossible for me to u se gaming mice anymore, so I knew that I was giving up mouse macro buttons going into this purchase. Hit your target every time with the Logitech G604 gaming mouse. The mouse is about 6ft from the receiver and I've had no issues. I turn it off when I'm not using it, so the battery has lasted me about a month already and it doesn't act like it's even close to drained. I play games like Diablo 3 and WoW, so it gets a lot of use at times. It's lightweight and moves easily on my lap tabletop and it's responsive. Buy Logitech G G604 LIGHTSPEED Wireless Gaming Mouse featuring 15 Programmable Controls, Six Thumb Buttons, Dual Connectivity, Toggle Between LIGHTSPEED and Bluetooth, HERO 25K Sensor, Dual-Mode Metal Scroll Wheel, Hyperfast or Racheted Scrolling, 240 Hours of Gaming with One AA Battery, For Windows, Mac, Chrome, and Android. Arthritis can be difficult at times :) Anyway, this mouse was the perfect length and it sits comfortably under my hand when I'm using it. Wrist pads put my elbow at an angle that is uncomfortable due to arthritis in my joints. The G604 is the successor of the older G602. My pros: I don't have large hands, but I still need the longer mice because of a wrist issue that causes pain if I use a shorter mouse. Introduction Logitech is a Swiss-based computer peripherals and software company founded in 1981. Light in weight but not in performance value.
